Obama Campaign: New York Times Poll ‘Biased’

OBAMA SHILL DISMISSES WATER CARRIER’S GAY MARRIAGE POLL AS ‘SIGNIFICANTLY FLAWED’

Okay, now I’ve heard everything. The New York Times has been called “biased” by a liberal. An Obama liberal, no less. Seriously. After spitting Diet Coke all over my computer screen as I first began to read the story, I realized how truly desperate these people have become. There has been no more loyal water carrier of the Regime than The New York Times. Period. Yet – one piece of bad news – and boomThe Times is biased against The One. Absolutely absurd.

However, I can see the Regime’s point; once a water carrier, always a water carrier, right? I mean, hell – The Times should have dutifully buried the results of its latest poll on same-sex marriage – which shows that 67% of Americans believe O came out of the closet for political purposes, with only 24% saying he did so because he believed it was the right thing to do. Of course, it’s more than likely that The Times fully expected the results to be reversed – in which case it would have trumpeted the news from atop the new Freedom Tower in Manhattan.

Can you imagine the horror at Regime Command Central when O’s minions first read the results of the poll  - conducted and reported on by The New York Times – of all news organizations? Then, of course, there was the poor bastard who had to call O with the bad news. I’m sure the O-man did a quick calendar check to make sure it wasn’t April Fools Day. Yes, O – pigs have flown and hell has frozen over; how’s it feel?

Even more hysterical, Obama campaign deputy manager Stephanie Cutter got into a pissing contest with über-liberal Chuck Todd of NBC over the validity of the CBS/New York Times poll, dismissing it as “significantly biased.” Quick show of hands: how many of you believe Ms. Stephanie would’ve had the same opinion of the poll had the results broken O’s way?

Todd asked Cutter to comment on the poll results, while admitting that the methodology utilized was different, because it was a callback poll. “Put those caveats aside; that’s a lot of people saying that he did this for political reasons,” Todd said, noting that the results showed a 3-1 margin.

“We can’t put the methodology of that poll aside, because the methodology was significantly biased.” Cutter insisted.

When pressed by Todd, Cutter said that she didn’t want to bore the viewers with talk of methodology, but repeated that she believed the poll was flawed. Translation: Ms. Stephanie was talking out of her butt – clueless as to what she was even attempting to say.

Todd encouraged her to continue: “They’re junkies, they like this stuff,” he said of his viewers.

“It’s a biased sample, so they re-biased the same sample,” she concluded. “Re-biased the same sample,” Steph? Really? I’ve always been fond of liberals attacking – or defending – things of which they’re clueless – and doing their best to sound like they know what the hell they’re talking about.

As one might expect, this isn’t the first time the Regime has tried to dismiss poll results based on methodology. Just last month, Obama apologist David Axelrod complained that a Gallup poll showing Romney leading the O-man was “saddled with some methodological problems.”

“Methodological problems” occur whenever polls fail to manipulate questions or tweek results in an effort to paint the O-man in a positive light. Especially when those polls are conducted by liberal water carriers.

If these people have reached this stage of meltdown already, just imagine what they’ll be like come October.

  1. Diet Coke causes bladder cancer in Canadian mice. Canadian men too. My brother-in-law just had his bladder removed. Didn’t cost a cent. Insurance paid the entire cost.

  2. I think he did it for political reasons and for donors. The gaffe is that he would have carried the traditional liberal states anyway but will lose the close ones that he won by 2 or 3 percentage points.
