WHY DO I GET THE FEELING THAT O WILL TRY TO TURN THIS INTO A POSITIVE?

From the Emperor’s New Clothes Department – Barack Hussein Obama not only continues to trot around the country castigating Republicans with the laughable “We tried their plan – and it didn’t work!” soundbite – but as only O is wont to do, he takes it a step further by also declaring (with a straight face): “We tried our plan – and it worked!”
Really, O? It worked? Can you please share with us the metrics you used to arrive at such a Twilight Zone conclusion? (Yeah, I know; you know it’s bull crap too – and you’re just preaching to the Obamabots.)
At any rate, the U.S. economy closed out another weak quarter by creating 163,000 new jobs – with the unemployment rate rising to 8.3 %. Hell – had O’s plan not “worked,” overall unemployment might be reaching the black unemployment rate of 14.4%. So – I guess we should be grateful.
As a point of reference, the economy has added an average of 151,000 jobs per month this year – roughly the same as last year’s pace. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to satisfy the 12.8 million Americans who are unemployed. (Honest) experts claim it would take at least 250,000 new jobs per month to reduce the unemployment rate in any significant manner. For those of you keeping score at home, that translates into O presiding over an economy which has produced 40% less jobs than have been required to stabilize the economy. Yet – on Planet Obama, “Our plan worked!”
On a brighter note, Mitt Romney jumped on today’s dismal economic report appropriately:
“Today’s increase in the unemployment rate is a hammer-blow to struggling middle-class families.”
As did Speaker Boehner:
“Two years after the Obama administration declared, ‘Welcome to the recovery’, this much is clear: With 42 consecutive months of unemployment above 8% ( a record), the private sector still isn’t ‘doing fine’ – and President Obama’s economic plan did not work.”
Truth be told, O measures the “strength” of the economy by the number of Americans receiving unemployment and disability benefits. After, that’s where the liberal votes lie, right? Good job, O.

I believe very little information released by any part of the government controlled by the Democrats. After all, this is the Administration that created the term “jobs saved”. The actual economic situation is far worse than we hear from the Main Stream Media. I think that conservatives should be highlighting the fiscal numbers from when they lost control of Congress in 2007, not just when Barry stepped into power.
So true. If Romney hasn’t paid income tax as Reid says…well, he’s in the company of the rest of now 49 %. Little more class warfare? Why not? Particuarily if you know where Reid’s head and mouth remains in state and in waiting !
It’s only 8.254, not 8.3. Bureau of Labor forgot to add in the number of people who stopped looking for work on the day report came out.
