LACK OF VOTER ID LAW COULD SWING A TIGHT RACE TO THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZER
From the Charlotte Observer: A Raleigh-based group devoted to reducing the potential for voter fraud presented the N.C. Board of Elections on Friday with a list of nearly 30,000 names of dead people statewide who are still registered to vote. The Voter Integrity Project compiled the list after obtaining death records from the state Department of Public Health from 2002 to March 31 and comparing them to the voter rolls.
“Mainly, what we’re concerned about is the potential [for fraud],” said project director Jay DeLancy. “Since there is no voter ID law in North Carolina, anybody can walk in and claim to be anyone else.”
While Barack Obama and his attorney general, Eric “My People” Holder do their damnedest to strike down voter ID laws in as many states as possible before November 6, a large majority of voters in Florida, Ohio and Wisconsin – three key swing states that have adopted voter ID laws over the last two years – back these measures and largely agree with conservatives that they are designed to prevent people (even dead ones) from voting illegally, according to a new Quinnipiac University/New York Times/CBS poll.
If the Democrats can turn out a majority of those 30,000 dirt-nappers in North Carolina, it could swing the election. Richard J. Daley would surely be proud of the community organizer from Chicago.

I can read that as either conspiracy to defraud, or lazy bureaucrats, in either case, it needs to be fixed.
I wrote the post tongue-in-cheek, to an extent, but here’s the deal: Why is it that only the Republicans want to fix it? I think we know.
Yes we do, and I caught that, Rat. Hizzoner would indeed be proud, although not of this protege- he much preferred Jack Kennedy to Bobby.
The Kennedys would have rolled over Obama in a heartbeat – had it been in their interest to do so.
And done so effectively too! Old Joe and his buddies taught them well.
Absolutely!
Vote early and vote often – works every time
That must work globally, as well.
If I have to show my ID to write a check, why shouldn’t I show it to vote?
Because that would be racist.
Ahhhh!
My daughter started college this year… she must show her ID for EVERYTHING. They will not even talk to her, unless her ID is shown and she is verified. What message does it give, to young impressionable people, that ‘college’ is important enough to show and verify with ID, but to vote, the most important American privilege, is not worthy enough to show and verify with ID. *sigh* SO STUPID.
Um, it shows that if you’re a liberal, you’ll do everything you can to circumvent legitimacy – so that more people can vote for your candidate – illegally. Other than that, I got nothin’.
I’m telling ya, she is dealing with ‘over the top’, ‘in your face’, ‘my way or the highway’ liberal teachers (oops, they informed her they are to be called “instructors”) in her classes and this is a community college! o_0
You mean those “big-tent” inclusive “progressives,” don’t ya, Teach? She must be “mistaken.”
Could be worse, I’m reliably informed that in England they have turned into Educationalists.
“educationalists” … now that’s a creepy word. I just pray the life long years of Christian, independent thought, God morals and values, conservative critical thinking teaching that she has had, is not trumped by the loosey goosey feel good message they serve up.
I agree, I first heard it from a good conservative Brit, too.
i hope whoever coined the term was made redundant!
Some of those 30,000 must have finally spoken up on Villaraigosa’s third voice vote. They’re deadlegates after all.
Darn it Rat, why are you, and so many conservatives, trying to silence the Lazarus voting block?
“Voter suppression,” Hillbilly, voter suppression.
Talk about grass roots, 6 feet under the grass!
PERFECT!
Just think about the outrage by the DNC when dead black folks have to produce I.D. to vote.
Yup. But – Dem delegates don’t mind producing ID to get into the convention so they can scream “I want to kill him!” in reference to Romney.
Priorities, Hillbilly.

I am not on either side, because I am not American. Yet this picture of zombies made me much fun.
