Terrorist Released By O After Killing 5 Americans Freed By Iraqi Court

ONE SOLDIER DIED AT SCENE; FOUR OTHERS KIDNAPPED, TORTURED, EXECUTED

What a shock. The Hezbollah terrorist released by the Regime to Iraq “out of respect for the country’s sovereignty” won’t make it to Gitmo to stand trial for killing five American soldiers. If this isn’t ample evidence of the danger posed to America by the naive incompetence of this president, what the hell will it take?

The writing was on the wall last December when O handed over Lebanese terrorist Ali Mussa Daqduq to Iraqi officials. Daqduq had been in U.S. military custody in Iraq since 2007 for his involvement in a carefully orchestrated plot that killed, kidnapped and tortured five American military officers.

The atrocities took place in the city of Karbala in early 2007, as a dozen terrorists dressed in U.S. military uniforms opened fire on Americans after approaching a camp in five sports utility vehicles resembling U.S. transports. One U.S. soldier died at the scene and four others were kidnapped, tortured and executed. Daqduq, a Hezbollah commander, was determined to be the mastermind behind the operation.

According to multiple sources, Obama didn’t want to remove the terrorist from the country without permission from the Iraqi government – so as not to violate Iraq’s sovereignty, of course. (Obviously, a more important factor to O than bringing to justice the murderer of five American soldiers.)

O also refused to transfer Daqduq to the U.S. Naval base in Guantanamo Cuba, which houses other high-value terrorists, because Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri Kamal al-Maliki would not approve the “unacceptable” Gitmo option. Always good to know that other countries can dictate detainment conditions to the President of the United States – particularly when killers of our brave men and women in uniform are involved.

As a result of al-Maliki’s objection, O did what any weak-kneed community organizer from Chicago would do: he handed Daqduq over to the Iraqis. Even though several members of congress objected – saying the transfer would be the same as freeing him. (Several members of Congress: 1, O: 0.) And of course, Iraq “promised” to hold the terrorist accountable for the murder of the soldiers. There was only one problem; they were crossing their fingers: On July 30, an Iraqi court absolved Daqduq of any crime – and ordered him freed immediately.

While O is fond of trotting around the country bragging about his courageous decision to launch the raid that killed Osama bin Laden, neither he nor his sycophants seem to talk much about the murdering terrorist they already had in custody – and purposely let get away. After all, what are lives of five dead American soldiers – four of them tortured – compared to the consequences of standing up to an Iraqi Prime Minister with blood on his hands?

This is yet another example of Obama’s reckless incompetence that Romney should beat to death on the campaign trail.

  1. Comment goes for the previous articles from Rat that I didn’t comment on. Unit still working and paying Social Security and FICA, now past three score and 10+ ( hey, a Saint’s score!). The Rat is right. In my world I define what is is! :)

  2. Agreed. Obama would sooner a terrorist go than acknowledge that Bush was right about Gitmo:
